1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using zzz's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on zzz's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products without notice
• Limit quantities of any products or services
• Refuse any order you place with us
• Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information or pricing

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It sets out the return window, eligibility requirements, who pays return shipping, refund methods, and processing times in full.

Please read that policy before placing an order. If anything in this section appears to conflict with it, the Return & Refund Policy governs.

Order Cancellation

Our products are made to order, so cancellation depends on how far your order has progressed:

• Before production starts — email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
• Once production has started — the order can no longer be cancelled, because the item is being printed specifically for you. You may still return it after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
• After shipment — cancellation is not possible; please follow the return process instead.

Orders typically enter production within 1-3 business days of being placed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We confirm every cancellation by email.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of zzz and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of zzz.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

The materials on zzz's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. zzz makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall zzz or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on zzz's website, even if zzz or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zzz and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the website.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
